Ancient center of culture on the territory of Russia.

Dear colleagues!

I offer your scientific community and the rector of your educational establishment cooperation in research. As the lingered economic crisis in Russia regrettably does not promote conducting scientific investigations I gave up my research activities in the fields of history, archaeology, ethnography and linguistics for a vague time. In my opinion the sensational points of my research must be of interest to the western scientists. The problem is linked with finding of ancient center of culture on the territory of Russia, having direct attitude to the ethnogenetic and linguistic roots of Anglo-Saxons, Scotsmen, Irishmen, Normans and other folk living now in North-western part of Europe. Obviously, this work requires its logical completion – so I have to address you for the help. This research work would be incomplete without conducting the corresponding investigations on the territory of the Western Europe. In the case you will be interested in this problem I may send to your highly respected scientific community my report on research work conducted by me as well as the schedule of further investigations, which can be mutually updated if required.
